Commercial Replacement. Although we may be able to avoid replacement, please know that we have performed the task many times from removal of the old material, inspection and repair of the structure and decking and expert installation of every type of roof.
Residential new construction. As your roofing contractor we will work closely with the architect and general contractor and the homeowner to ensure the best custom product installation for the aesthetics and integrity of the new home. We install asphalt shingle, slate, ceramic tile and even cedar.
Residential repair. No repair job is too small. If your home suffered minor damage due to hail or wind, as so many have here in Texas, we will work closely with you and your insurance company to get the repair done with little or no out of pocket cost to you. Before you sign a contingency agreement with a storm chaser call us first.
Residential replacement. If a roof is old and has degraded beyond repair, suffered severe damage from the weather such as a tornado or hurricane, or if the homeowner just needs some home improvement, we will do the job with the satisfaction of the homeowner as our first priority. We will remove and cart away the old material if necessary and install the new product (using a six nail application in the case of shingles) to protect against future wind damage and lengthen the warranty.
